Delete your Chapters account

Updated 14 October 2026

In the app

Go to You → Delete account. It removes everything you’ve added: your photos, captions, voice notes, replies, invites and settings. Your account is switched off at once and fully erased, backups included, within 65 days.

Without the app

Email hello@chaptersapp.site from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by reply and delete your account within 7 days.

Deleting single items

Any photo, memory, caption, voice note or reply can be deleted in the app. It stays in Recently Deleted for 30 days, then it’s gone.
